I loved the central location of this hotel with its beautiful view of the old city walls. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a highlight. The rooms were fully equipped, had a great TV with lots of channels, and were sparkling clean. The restaurant had fantastic food and prices were reasonable, plus the staff were lovely.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Best aspects
Spent the New Year's Eve in a nice 2-star hotel in a great location, just a few meters from the ramparts. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh bread, perfect croissants, and a delicious cake loaf. The restaurant on site was a highlight, with exceptional food at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The elevators were outdated and looked a bit neglected. The Wi-Fi was advertised, but connectivity from the room was poor. There was no reception desk, and it was challenging to find someone to assist us on Monday when the restaurant was closed. the hotel could use some updates and improvements in facilities and services offered.

Located in a bustling area, the brasserie offered a comfortable stay in the heart of the city centre. Adjacent to the restaurant, it's an ideal accommodation for those who plan on dining late on the ferry. the room was clean and had all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
The customer service left much to be desired.

Excellent bed, modern room, nice shower, clean, tastefully refurbished.
Nothing not to like.

Denis
The hotel location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was massive! I also appreciated the great pressure in the shower, it was refreshing after a long day of work. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, recommending different places to visit in the area.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing and overpriced, with only French bread and sachets of jam offered. It would have been nice to have more options, such as croissants and yogurt. Also, the street noise was audible in my room and made it difficult to sleep at times. However, overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a central location in a beautiful old town.
